This observational doc series centres around three contrasting property markets within Ireland; the enormous spread of Dublin, from the multi-million mansions to the two-up two-downs, the fast-paced (often auction driven) property scene of the western counties and the ever-booming tourist destination of West Cork.

Throughout the series we feature a range of estate agents and house hunters, from those with big budgets to renters and young couples whose first time home still feels like an impossible dream. The overall picture will emerge of a difficult and unpredictable market, where some people end up happy but many end up being thwarted and frustrated.
