At the start of their demanding careers, we follow the international doctors taking the giant step Downunder to live and work 14,000km from home in some of Australia’s busiest hospitals.
On top of their already high-pressured job, they face challenges as they get to grips with new systems and colleagues.
In their downtime we join the doctors as they experience sun, sand and surf and enjoy everything Australia has to offer. But does the dream live up to reality?
